KTA (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is an established multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm in Malaysia with the head office in Kuching,Sarawak. We are currently seeking the right candidates for the following positions to be based within Sarawak:

CIVIL / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER – Kuching
  • Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have at least five (5) years of relevant working experience with structural knowledge.
  • Fresh graduates with good results are encouraged to apply.

QAQC ENGINEERS (C&S) – Sri Aman
  • Recognised degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and registered Professional Engineer with BEM.
  • Preferable to have about fifteen (15) years working experience with at least seven (7) years of relevant site working experience (roads / bridges).

SURVEY TECHNICIANS – Sri Aman, Betong
  • Recognised Diploma / Certificate in Survey Engineering, minimum SPM qualification.
  • Preferable to have about twenty (20) years of working experience with at least ten (10) years of relevant site working experience in survey works (roads / bridges).

INSPECTOR OF WORKS (C&S) – Sri Aman
  • Recognised Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, minimum SPM qualification.
  • Preferable to have about twenty (20) years of working experience with at least seven (7) years of relevant site working experience (roads / bridges).

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – Kuching
  • Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have about five (5) years of relevant design experience.
  • Fresh graduates with good results are encouraged to apply.

ADMIN ASSISTANT
  • Possess Diploma qualification or its equivalent (at least STPM).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Preferable to have at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in office administration.
  • Good command of English and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Pleasant disposition with the ability to work independently and meet tight schedules.

GEOLOGIST - Kuching
  • Recognised Bachelor Degree in Geology or equivalent.
  • Experience and knowledge in supervision of soil investigation works, slope stabilisation, engineering geological mapping, kinematic analyses etc will be advantage.
  • Willing to travel to various projects sites within Sarawak.

RESIDENT ENGINEER (C&S) – Betong
  • Recognised Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have about fifteen (15) years working experience with at least ten (10) years of relevant site working experience in supervising road and bridge works.

RESIDENT ENGINEERS (C&S) – Limbang, Marudi
  • Recognised Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferably registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) with the BEM.
  • Preferable to have about ten (10) years working experience with relevant site working experience in supervising road and bridge works.

RESIDENT ENGINEER (C&S) – Lundu
  • Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have at least five (5) years of working experience in supervising water supply infrastructure projects, including water tanks, pipelines & booster pump station.

RESIDENT ENGINEER (Electrical) – Kuching
  • Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have about ten (10) years of working experience in buildings.

ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEERS (C&S) – Kuching
  • Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have about ten (10) years working experience with at least five (5) years of relevant site working experience in building and infrastructure works.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER – Kuching
  • Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have about five (5) years of relevant design experience.
  • Fresh graduates with good results are encouraged to apply.

INSPECTOR OF WORKS CUM SURVEY TECHNICIAN (C&S) – Limbang
  • Recognised Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering/Engineering Survey or equivalent and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have at least ten (10) years of relevant working experience in supervising road and bridge works.

INSPECTOR OF WORKS (Mechanical / Electrical) – Kuching, Sebuyau
  • Recognised Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have at least five (5) years of relevant site working experience in building M&E services installation works.

INSPECTOR OF WORKS (C&S) – Lundu
  • Recognised Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent and registered with BEM.
  • Preferable to have at least five (5) years of working experience in supervising water supply infrastructure projects, including water tanks, pipelines & booster pump station.

SENIOR DRAUGHTSPERSON (C&S) – Kuching
  • Possesses Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software with at least twenty (20) years of draughting experience.
  • Experience in civil / road drafting using MOSS software would be an advantage.
  • Able to lead a team, work independently and meet tight schedules.

JUNIOR DRAUGHTSPERSON (C&S / M&E) – Kuching
  • Possesses Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • School leavers with keen interest in AutoCAD drafting are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software would be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight schedules.
