On building projects, KTA works closely with the project architect, providing the engineering expertise for the realisation of the architect's concept, for both structural components and building services. Projects include commercial buildings such as the extension of Syariah Court and MAA Buildings; institutional buildings such as Lodge School, Kuching Polytechnic, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, St.Joseph's Private School, Kolej Sains Kesihatan Bersekutu Negeri Sarawak; and residential housing development such as Tabuan Heights, Taman Jelita, Samariang New Township Development and BDC Mixed Development. The completed extension to Syariah Court Building, Kuching.
