In these multi-disciplinary projects, KTA has been involved in the project management and coordination, together with detailed design in each discipline of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
KTA has designed and supervised the construction of various types of industrial buildings and factories ranging from storage warehouses factories for plywood and steel fabrication to clinker production. The need for rapid commissioning of industrial projects means that detailed programming to ensure meeting of Client's target date is routine. Understanding of the relevant regulations and industrial standards has also been acquired through our experience with industrial buildings. KTA is currently undertaking the design of the Samajaya Port Conveyor System Facilities in Bintulu.

Completed Sarawak Clinker Plant project, comprising a 70 metre high steel preheater, 3 nos. of 50 metre tall concrete silos, prehomogenising limestone plant, rawmeal building, combined storage hall, rotary kiln, sandstone and shale drying, coal loading / unloading and transportation system and supportive buildings.
