KTA has successfully managed, designed and supervise the construction of international hotels and commercial high-rise office buildings, through close association with the project architects. The optimised designs are prepared to suit the particular requirements of the projects. Amongst those are the Kuching Hilton Hotel, SESCo Headquarters, Menara PELITA in Kuching and Wisma Pelita in Miri, STA Building, MAA Building, the 32-storey Binjai Condominium in Kuala Lumpur, New Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak in Kuching and Merdeka Plaza in Kuching.
