In our pursuit of engineering excellence and technological advancement, KTA has invested heavily in computer technology. We maintain a comprehensive software library, regularly expanded and updated to enabled our engineers and technicians to apply latest technology to all aspects of our design.

To complement our softwares, we have alarge configuration of computer hardware comprising over a hundred units of personal computers, portable notebooks, printers, HP plotters and workstations. To date, this investment has enabled us to produce all our drawings and graphics using CAD or MX-ROAd very efficiently in the most presentable format.

The firm maintains a comprehensive well-equipped library of technical documents for use by staff. It currently has more than 2,500 items which includes reference books, magazines, catalogues, course materials, past design calculations, computer software and manuals, technical reports, international and national standards and specifications, technical journals, and so forth.
The Resource Centre also maintains a complete list of master technical reports, documents and contract drawings prepared by the firm.

KTA was accredited by SIRIM in 1998 for implementing a quality system complying with MS ISO 9001:1994 Quality System - Model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing.
